Scope of application
It is mainly used in the high-temperature synthesis of lithium battery positive electrode materials (lithium cobalt oxide, ternary materials). Alumina tubes have good resistance to acidic/alkaline atmospheres (such as NH₃, SO₂) and are suitable for special atmosphere processes such as catalyst carrier activation and fuel cell electrolyte sintering.
Alumina tube furnaces are tubular heating equipment with alumina materials (such as alumina tubes and alumina ceramic fibers) as their core furnace components. They offer high-temperature resistance, strong chemical stability, and excellent thermal insulation. Their tubes are typically made of high-purity alumina and can withstand temperatures exceeding 1000°C. They are suitable for clean sintering, atmosphere control, and high-precision heat treatment applications.

Industrial Material Processing: Ceramic sintering, chemical raw material heating, metallurgical sample melting, and high-temperature reactions in the glass industry.
Laboratory R&D: New material development (such as refractory materials and special alloys), powder material calcination, and elemental analysis.
Clean Atmosphere Processing: Because alumina furnace tubes are free of metal contamination, they are suitable for applications requiring high purity, such as electronic components and lithium battery materials.
Product Advantages and Categories
Advantages:
High-Temperature Resistance and Chemical Inertness: Alumina is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and suitable for complex atmospheres.
Energy Efficiency: Alumina ceramic fiber insulation reduces heat loss and allows for rapid heating.
Precise Temperature Control: Supports multi-stage programmable heating with minimal temperature fluctuations, meeting demanding process requirements.
Common Categories:
Horizontal Alumina Tube Furnace: Horizontally positioned tubes facilitate continuous material feeding and are widely used in mass production.
Rotary Alumina Tube Furnace: The tubes rotate to stir the material, improving heating uniformity and making it suitable for powder sintering.
Protective Atmosphere Furnace: Allows for inert gas or vacuum to prevent sample oxidation.
