Ceramic fiber blocks are made by experienced professional technicians by folding or cutting ceramic fiber blankets and then pressing them into stacked blocks or folded blocks. The manufacturing process uses special block processing equipment to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the blocks. Ceramic fiber blocks can be connected to the kiln body using an anchoring system, which is easy to install and speeds up the construction of the furnace lining.
Ceramic fiber blankets are cut and stacked and then pressed into veneer blocks. The veneer blocks can be bonded to the backing refractory material or fiber module with ceramic fiber glue. The installation method is simple and can be used for repairing old kilns and newly designed furnace linings.
High-temperature furnaces and heating equipment: Ceramic fiber blocks are used as furnace linings and insulation layers in high-temperature equipment such as high-temperature smelting furnaces in the metallurgical industry, boilers in the power industry, and steam boilers in the petrochemical industry, effectively reducing heat loss in the furnace, maintaining temperature stability, and reducing energy consumption
Petrochemical industry: In the petrochemical industry, ceramic fiber blocks are widely used for high-temperature insulation of pipelines and equipment, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and improve equipment operation efficiency. At the same time, they have strong resistance to chemical corrosion and can withstand harsh chemical environments
Steel industry: In the steel industry, ceramic fiber blocks are used in ladles, tundishes, electric furnaces, and heating equipment. Thermal insulation protection of high-temperature equipment such as hot furnaces, annealing furnaces, iron mixing furnaces, sintering furnaces, etc., to improve the service life of thermal equipment and bring significant energy-saving effects.
