Scope of application
Columnar activated carbon is a porous adsorption material. It is widely used in water treatment, air purification and waste gas treatment, chemical and energy, food and pharmaceutical industries due to its high specific surface area, strong adsorption performance and stable physical form.
Columnar activated carbon products are made of high-quality coal through crushing, grinding, kneading, molding, carbonization and activation processes. They have the characteristics of high mechanical strength, regular shape, uniform particle size, large specific surface area, and appropriate number of macropores, mesopores and micropores, fast adsorption speed, small bed resistance, and easy regeneration. According to the differences in the properties of raw coal, carbonization and activation processes, the columnar activated carbon has various special properties and is widely used in industrial gas purification, air separation treatment, sewage treatment and environmental protection equipment.

Mainly used for purification of toxic gases, waste gas treatment, paint mist adsorption, etc. For gas separation and recovery in chemical, petrochemical, coking, environmental protection and other industries, as well as purification of industrial harmful gases such as SO2, chlorobenzene, octane, ethylamine, toluene, dimethylbenzene, cyclohexane, methyl ether, olfactory hydrogen, sulfur dioxide, carbon disulfide, vinyl chloride, methanol, acetone, nitrogen oxides and other dioxins.
It can cyclically adsorb and desorb various organic solvents and has good chemical stability. It has the characteristics of strong adsorption capacity, large adsorption capacity, less residue, good wear resistance, small bed resistance, fast adsorption speed, and easy regeneration.
Pressure swing adsorption activated carbon is mainly used in dehydrogenation projects, using the selective adsorption and desorption capabilities of activated carbon. Through the control of different external pressures, the required substances are selectively precipitated
