Scope of application
Waste gas treatment activated carbon is mainly used for industrial waste gas purification, VOCs treatment: adsorption of volatile organic compounds such as benzene, toluene, formaldehyde, suitable for spraying, printing, and petrochemical industries. Acid gas removal: treatment of H₂S, SO₂, NOx, etc., suitable for pharmaceuticals, rubber, and waste incineration plants. Odor control: decomposition of odor molecules such as ammonia and mercaptans, used in sewage treatment plants and food processing plants.
Made of high-quality anthracite and lignite as raw materials, refined and processed, it has the appearance of black cylindrical particles and honeycomb. It has reasonable pore structure, good adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, not easy to break, and does not clog equipment. It is mainly used for purification of toxic gases, waste gas treatment, paint mist adsorption, etc.

Uses:
Waste gas treatment activated carbon is made of high-quality anthracite and lignite as raw materials, refined and processed, with reasonable pore structure, good adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, not easy to break, and no clogging of equipment.
Mainly used for purification of toxic gases, waste gas treatment, paint mist adsorption, etc. For gas separation and recovery in chemical, petrochemical, coking, environmental protection and other industries, and purification of industrial harmful gases such as SO2, chlorobenzene, octane, ethylamine, toluene, dimethylbenzene, cyclohexane, methyl ether, olfactory hydrogen, sulfur dioxide, carbon disulfide, vinyl chloride, methanol, acetone, nitrogen oxides and other dioxins.
Industrial waste gas refers to the general term for various pollutant gases discharged into the air during fuel combustion and production processes in the factory area of the enterprise.
These waste gases include: carbon dioxide, carbon disulfide, hydrogen sulfide, fluoride, nitrogen oxides, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, carbon monoxide, sulfuric acid (fog), lead mercury, beryllium, smoke and production dust, which are discharged into the atmosphere and will pollute the air. These substances enter the human body through the respiratory tract through different routes. Some of them cause direct harm, while others have an accumulation effect, which will more seriously harm human health. Different substances will have different effects.
Waste gas treatment is also called waste gas purification. Waste gas treatment refers to the pretreatment of waste gas generated in industrial sites and factory workshops before external discharge to meet the national standards for waste gas external discharge. General waste gas treatment includes organic waste gas treatment, dust waste gas treatment, acid and alkali waste gas treatment, odor waste gas treatment and air sterilization and purification.
