It is mainly used in the manufacture of semiconductor devices, such as the deposition of silicon nitride (Si\u2083N\u2084) passivation layers and silicon dioxide (SiO\u2082) dielectric layers on silicon-based chips; low-temperature growth of graphene and carbon nanotubes in nanomaterial synthesis; and the preparation of PIN junctions for amorphous silicon (a-Si) thin-film solar cells in the photovoltaic industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
