Scope of application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is widely used in the gas-phase synthesis of nanomaterials, such as the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of carbon nanotubes (cracking at 800-1000\u00b0C by introducing carbon source gas) and the pyrolysis preparation of quantum dots. In energy material research, it is used for small-batch sintering of lithium battery electrode materials (protected by inert atmosphere) and high-temperature solid-phase reactions of solid electrolytes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
