Scope of application
As a commonly used high-temperature heating equipment, the 70mm tube furnace has a wide range of uses and is particularly suitable for experimental and production scenarios that require precise temperature control and specific atmosphere conditions. For example, in the field of waste incineration fly ash treatment, its high temperature environment can be used to conduct melting and solidification experiments on fly ash to study its treatment effect.
A 70mm tube furnace refers to a tubular heating system with an outer diameter (OD) of approximately 70 mm. It is a commonly used heating reactor in laboratories and pilot plants. It is typically equipped with quartz, corundum, or silicon carbide tubes and can be configured with single-, dual-, or triple-zone heating systems.
This diameter offers a medium capacity and strikes a balance between sample capacity, heating rate, and temperature uniformity.
